What we collect
When you use the quote form or the contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, delivery country, the machine you are interested in, the quantity and your message. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not take payments on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a written quote, arrange shipping where you ask us to, and answer feedback or complaints. We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who it is shared with
Form messages pass through a third-party form service that forwards them to our email inbox. Where needed to prepare a quote or arrange delivery, we may share the relevant parts of your enquiry (for example the machine, quantity and destination country) with the machine's manufacturer or a shipping provider. We do not share more than is needed.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and to meet any legal or accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. Where data protection law in your country gives you more rights, we will respect them.
